I have downloaded a file, but I can't open it, what should I do?
First of all, you should unpack it. All sheet music files are compressed with WINZIP. You can unpack the file with 7zip. When you do this, you get one .PDF file, or several image files (.JPG, .TIF, .GIF). If you have a .PDF file, you must have installed Adobe Reader. If you have several image files, you need a picture viewer such as xnView
